If the customer requests to withdraw money, the exchange will lock the account

I have invested in Rosystyle Wealth Limited for 3 months and have withdrawn a few times, then I will not withdraw anymore. When I asked the reason, they said after a month the non-profit event of the exchange ended (the end of May) will be withdrawn back to normal and so on I waited until the end of the month and by June they still didn't let me withdraw my profit and then they took back my previous withdrawal. On the evening of June 6th they said my account was locked and showed 2 orders that made my account have problems and forced me to deposit more money they just let me withdraw, when I asked customer service they replied suffered a loss because of the pressure of consistent trading to add more money to the account will be active again, I wonder to them I don't have a consistent registration to participate in trading, why are they pressured? it is absurd to say that due to large fluctuations in my capital, my account is locked, it is absurd, before that every day they still used my account to trade for a whole month and they withdrew and split profits to the floor as usual until they are locked now. I hope to get my capital and profit back
