The customer service staff of the webpage has been unable to be contacted. The page of the web chat keeps jumping to a blank page. If something like this happens, can I ask the platform to trace it to the end?

6月初申请提现,一直告知通道维护。6月13号重新申请提现USD8000,到15号一直未到账。1、于6月14进行网上交易时,价格出现严重滑点,与币安、欧意两大平台,也在网上也查询了ETH此时间节点,完全没有拉升至此价格。清请平台介入调查。
2、发生次事情,联系客服,给了我公司的邮箱。要我自行联系次邮箱:opsonmt5@gmail.com。发过去至少6次邮箱,至今未得到回复。与VOREX交易,与opson这家公司联系,两家是一家公司。
3、在6/15早上,登录账号时,密码已无效。账号一直处于断开状态。账户里余额usd40711.70,已无法提现。
4、已无法联系到网页的客服人员。网页对话的页面一直跳转至空白页面。
发生这样的人事情,能否请平台追查到底。
