Induce fraud

I have trading experience with IG, Etoro, ICmarkets, then I trade on the FXGlobe platform, the platform itself is terrible, and then the customer service is pathetic, extremely unprofessional, no help at all. No contact numbers and no trading managers for help. You'd be in a dark room and they wouldn't care. Deposit today and they restricted my account and asked me for some documents so I provided them directly but the account is still restricted, other than that they emailed me back that the account was approved but I Still stuck... Now at the end I contacted again what happened and got a reply of sorry and the file is not approved.
