Unable to withdraw. The account is unable to withdraw. Being manipulated

1. At 11:00 pm last night, the market were surged, and could not be sold. However, they were not available on other platforms. The screenshots were sent to customer service. I waited for the market to drop, I didn't click sell, and when I came back to the page, the trade was closed. The customer service said the possibility of liquidation, but there is still money in my account, how is it possible! 2. The withdrawal on the 13th has not arrived yet. On the 14th, I was told that the information was wrong and requested to resubmit, and on the 15th, the account was not received. 3. I didn't fall asleep all night, got up at 5 o'clock and went in to check the account, but couldn't log in. Just the previous empty account has been logged out. What should I do?
