Unable to withdraw

Expose fraud platform that does not withdraw after making profit. I make deposit at here with my friend. There was both profit and loss. Later, when I withdraw the profit, they do not allow to do so. I contact the customer service, they keep saything that they already submit the requests. It has not solved for two months. I hope everyone stays away from this fraud platform.
