Fraud platform that cannot withdraw

I was thought to earn some profit with my friend, but it turns out that I drag my friend to be deceived together. I contact platform many times to address it, but they keep delaying it and saying that they already submit the withdrawal. I waited for over a month, but nothing arrvied yet.
