Unable to withdraw

I operate through this paltform and cannot withdraw right after I reserve a vip. Now, I want the cancel and pay the compensation. But the platform does not allow that and want to freeze my money and said that donate it to Red Cross. I hereby to ask for help to get my principle back. I just want to principle!
