Unable to withdraw

I opened an account at FXGlobe last year and deposited over ten thousands dollars, and traded till now. I have never withdrawn before. I need money recently and applied for a withdrawal. It has been half a month and there is no update. Is the platform absconded? I hope that the staff of platform can see it and withdraw for me as soon as possible.
