Hard to withdraw from FXGLOBE

Under the recommendation of the agent, I opened an account at FXGLOBE for trading at the end of January 2022. The MT4 account number is 645479, and the profit and principal are not given. Total amount of principal and profit is 30,000 US dollars and the communication do not works at all. It has been almost two months.
