Shameless MultiBank that refuse to withdraw

I applied for UnionPay withdrawal on April 26, but it was rejected by the platform on the grounds of financial regulation. On the 27th, it was changed to wire transfer, but there is no response to this day. I strongly request MultiBank to return my funds!
