Unable to withdraw funds

I suspect that this is a scammed broker, I'm a big account user who wants to withdraw funds, subject to fees up to 4 times but also can't withdraw, I don't want to pay the last fees because he lied to me, he said the 4x fees were fees that had to be paid last and could received the withdrawal, but he still asked for $2600 fees, my money was stuck in the account and couldn't be withdrawn because I didn't pay fees, I was really suspicious and confused, what is this game and scam.

saya curiga ini broker scaming saya peguna big account yang mau narik dana di kenakan fees sampi 4 kali tapi juga belum bisa withdraw, saya tidak mau bayar fees yg terakhir karena dia membohongi saya katanya fees yg ke 4x itu fees yang harus di bayar terakhir dan bisa terima withdrawnya, tapi dia masih meminta fees sebesar $2600, uang saya stuck diaccount itu dan tidak bisa ditarik karena tidak bayar fees, saya benar curiga dan bingung, apa ini permainan dan scaming
