Inability to withdraw

Since March 25th, I have tried to withdraw my capital from the company and it was rejected, and after 4 days it was reinvested in my MT4 account to which I do not have access. I have tried every week to transfer the money so I can withdraw and I just can't. I have sent many emails to the company and have had no response.

desde el día 25 de Marzo he tratado de retirar mi capital de la compañía y fue rechazado, y a los 4 días fue reinvertido en mi cuenta de MT4 al cual no tengo acceso.
He tratado cada semana de transferir el dinero para poder retirar y simplemente no puedo. He enviado muchos emails a la compañía y no he tenido respuesta alguna.
