Unable to withdraw

The customer service informs that withdrawal requires 20% tax of income. Although the principle does not need to pay, but when I withdraw on the second day with the withdrawal password provided by customer service, the system shows that password is incorrect. Later, I still cannot withdraw by following instructions from customer service.
