Balance disappeared from the broker platform.

On 3/29/2022, when I logged into my account, a message appeared for the first time saying that I had to withdraw my funds by 3/27 because it could not work in the region where I live. And the balance that I had available to operate changed to zero. That is to say, it disappeared, the support Chat does not work, the email does not work either. I require the situation to be corrected to withdraw my funds. The balance he had was 3684.86. However, that amount is missing 20% of each reinvestment I make, in addition to the trading profit of the week prior to 3/29, which was never credited to my account. By checking the MT4 account, I can see my investment working with the robot.

Saldo desaparecio de la plataforma del broker.

El 29/3/2022 al entrar a mi cuenta, aparecio un mensaje por primera vez diciendo que tenia que retirar mis fondos para el 27/3 debido a que no podia funcionar en la region donde vivo. Y el saldo que tenia disponible para operar cambio a cero. Es decir desaparecio, el Chat de soporte no funciona, el email tampoco. Requiero se corrija la situacion para retirar mis fondos. El saldo que tenia era de 3684.86. Sin embargo a ese monto le falta el 20% de cada reinversion que realice, ademas de las ganancia del trading de la semana anterior al 29/3 la cual nunca fue acreditada a mi cuenta. Al revisar la cuebta de MT4, puedo ver mi inversion trabajando con el robot.
