Unable to withdraw

On March 21, I made a withdrawal of 557 to date, but it is not reflected in my Binance Wallet. In addition, the benefits generated from Monday 21 to Friday, March 25, were not charged to my Wallet. Today, by notification, they decided to retain the capital by transferring it to the BOT Master C-Bot, without my authorization. For this reason, I request the return of my capital in full.

El día 21 de marzo realice un retiro por valor de 557 a la fecha no se ve reflejado en mi Wallet de Binance, adicional los beneficios generados desde el día 21 lunes hasta el día viernes 25 del mes de marzo no se cargaron a mi Wallet, el día de hoy mediante notificación decidieron retener el capital al transferirlo al BOT Master C-Bot, sin mi autorización, por este motivo solicito la devolución de mi capital en su totalidad.
