Rejection of withdrawals

Good morning, I have made several withdrawals, one on 03/23/2022 and another one on 03/25/2022 for a total amount of $1,166.24 and they have all been rejected on Tuesday 03/29/2022, as of As of today I have no idea what happened, there is no way to communicate with the broker, he has closed his live chat. He realizado varios retiros uno el día 23/03/2022 y otros 3 el día 25/03/2022 por un importe total de 1.166,24$ y han sido todos rechazados el día martes 29/03/2022, a día de hoy no tengo idea de que ha pasado, no hay manera de comunicarme con el broker ha cerrado su chat en vivo. Por lo que solicito a través de la mediación de la reclamación. De antemano muchas gracias.
