Expose ForexMart that does not withdraw

The withdrawal applied for on March 10 has not yet been received, and the transaction account has been debited. Their official website says that the account will be processed within 24 hours. I contacted customer service and they kept telling me to wait while processing. It's been over ten days and it hasn't arrived.
