Huixin is unable to withdraw and freeze the client account without any reason

Huixin and Anto Global belongs to sam company. The online service and phone customer service is same. Huixin freeze the client account for no reason for a month, reasulting inability of withdrawal. I contact the online customer service and there is no replies. They just quit without response.
