Unable to withdraw

Deposit on 2021.11.8 and cannot withdraw since 12.8. It is still unprocessed till now. I was taken care by no one. I applied for withdrawal from backstage. It does not deduct nor withdraw. It is always said under process and ask me wo wait patiently by customer service.
