Pepperstone platform is too shameless. I communicate with them many times via emails and they still do not compensate

Pepperstone, I sent at least 30 emails and communicate with customer service many times and still cannot solve the problems. There is an error with the system of Pepperstone platform which cause the inability of deposit and operation. I made deposit, but it did not arrive for about 20 hours. The customer serivce inform me to deposit to another account and then suspend my account and did not deal it for me which cause the inability of operation. I communicate many times and they still ask me to wait. All results that I get is to ask me to wait for 37 days. When I made the deposit, it was not a day of intense trading. The back office knew that I had made multiple deposits and was willing. The customer service provided an account later. When I communicated again, they said that no one told me about the account. This is illegal. Excuse me? How did I make the remittance if I do not get the account. If I made a wrong remittance, why did you expedited the deposit to the account at noon the next day after many urgings, so that my previous order had to be closed for sagery. A platform that does nothing. What else can you say, just like this, how dare you say that you are a conscientious company? Communicate with you guys again over again and you just sent me a document to ask me keep waiting and said that I was not satisfied with your plan. Excuse me, what plan did you offer? Did you offer any compensation or anything else. You said nothing and said that I was not satified with the plan. What plan? How can I satisfied when you offer nothing. What did you explain? No calls and claim that you did nothing wrong. Is this all our customer's fault? What a shameless evasion. If I don't want to deposit, it's my mistake.
