Withdrawal does not arrive

Withdraw fifteen thousands dollars from TRI and it sent the message to inform that withdrawal will arrive within 24 hours, but it does not arrive for 4 days(I withdraw another 5000 dollars later). I had 10000 dollars left in my account.
