I cannot not see the account to withdraw money from the system

Scam platform self-gd loss and does not allow to withdraw the remaining amount. Employee self-trading loss resulted in burning of my account of nearly 76,618 dollars. I made a withdrawal order of 3101.9 from 12/12/2021. Until now, I still have not received and the money is still not refunded. On the other hand, I can't make a withdrawal of remaining 24009.2 dollars because I can't find my account on mt4. I contacted customer service to introduce myself as the platform manager many times but I still receive no reply. I demand the broker to give me my money back.

Sàn lừa đảo tự gd thua lỗ và không cho rút số tiền còn lại. Nhân viên tự giao dịch thua lỗ dẫn đến cháy tk của tôi gần 76.618 đô la. Tôi làm lệnh rút 3.101,9 từ 12/12/2021 đến nay vẫn chưa đc và tiền vẫn không hoàn lại. Mặt khác số tiền còn lại 24.009,2 đô la tôi vào tài khoản thì không thể thực hiện lệnh rút tiền do ko tìm thấy tk trên mt4. Tôi liên hệ bạn chăm sóc khách hàng tự giới thiệu là chuyên viên quản lý của sàn nhưng rất nhiều lần vẫn không trả lời. Yêu cầu sàn trả lại tiền cho tôi.
