MultiBank does not withdraw money

MT4 account: 33802190, MultiBank does not withdraw money. I applied for a withdrawal of USD 15,900 on October 18, 2021, but it has not been received, and they said that the money was in the queue later, and it could be withdrawn for less than USD 1,000, so a single withdrawal of less than USD 1,000. In November, the withdrawal has not been received, the withdrawal in December has not been received, and the withdrawal in 2022 has not been received, so I ask for help with the withdrawal. Complaints have been lodged with the Australian Regulatory Authority. If the funds have not been paid, I will continue to lodge complaints on relevant platforms.
