2ヶ月以内に出金を完了しないと、資金が回収されると急に言って来た。

出金申請したのは、2021年12月15日です。2ヶ月だとしたら2月15日のはずなのに、1月25日に出金を完了しないと、資金が回収されると言ってきました。こう言う2ヶ月ルールは存在するんですか？後、出金資金からマイナス分を相殺して、出金することは出来ないのでしょうか？
