I can't withdraw and log in

I want to withdraw money, so when I logged in to the site, but I couldn't log in due to a site error. When will I be able to log in because I want to withdraw money. 私は出金したい為、サイトにログインを操作した時に、サイトのエラーでログイン出来なくなりました。出金をしたくて、いつログイン操作は出来るようになりますか？もしサイトのエラーを改善出来てなかったら、どうすれば良いでしょうか。日本のカスタマーサービスに連絡しましたが、連絡を取れなかったです。私の取引アカウント番号は2340344
