MultiBank Group cannot withdraw

I withdrew $1000 from MultiBank Group platform on Jan. 6 and $5000 on Jan. 10. It has been over a week. I contacted customer service to urge it, but it does not deducted for so long. Is there a withdrawal problem for the platform. I had traded on the platform for three years and it worked well. You disappointed me this time.
