MultiBank Group is shameless to change customer's floating loss on MT4

I have 110 thousands on MultiBank Group and cannot withdraw for a long time. I communicate with customer manager and platform customer service for many times, but there is no results. At 6:00 of Jan. 12, 2022 Beijing Time, I somehow discovered the floating loss of my account was as high as 47 thousands dollars. I check it repeatly and compared the daily report that MultiBank send me that day, the real floating loss is only around 10 thousands. MultiBank is such a fraud platform that can arbitrarily change the data of customer's account.
