Malicious suspend my account

Suspend my account for no reaons and I cannot withdraw the fund inside my account. I cannot operate my orders and withdraw. They arbitratrily take the money from the account. Only allow to withdraw principle when you win. Then, who take all those money loss. Are the STP orders entered the market?
