Applied for withdrawal, but I do not receive the transfer. It requires to pay the channel fee and I do not receive the transfer after the payment. It said that the account is frozen and requires to pay the handling charge
Applied for withdrawal, but I do not receive the transfer. I asked customer manager and they said that I need to pay 10% of channel fee before arrival. After paying the channel fee, I asked the custmer manager couple days later, it said that my account is frozen by the police and requires to pay $5000. The customer manager cannot provide any proof of that when I ask them to do so.
