Fraud platform Tri

The withdrawal application passed on Dec. 21 and it said that it will be arrive as quick as within couple hours and 1 to 3 days for the lastest. From the fourth day, I talk to customer service everyday and they just push the responsiblity to third party. It turns out that withdrawal does not arrive after a week. Really irritating! I contacted customer service today and cursed them. Then, the withdrawal that I applied before returned to my platform account. The customer service said that it needs to re-apply. They just passed my application again and I asked them about when it can be arrived. They said it is determined by the third party.
