MultiBank Group does not allow to withdraw
In October, I saw the forum said that withdrawal cannot be made from MultiBank Group. I am cautiously ask MultiBank customer service about the situation of withdrawal at that time. The customer service told that there is no problem. Then, I applied for $10000. The results is that domestic banks reject the transfer and the reason is that remittances contains sensitive words and it was transferred from financial company account, but during several consulting with MultiBank customer service about the situation of withdrawal, I have been told that I can only withdraw 1000 USD at one time and there will be a 5% handling charge, and the customer service has been pushed their responsibility, so my appeal now is to ask MultiBank to return me my principal of 150,000 USD.

10月份看论坛说大通现在卡出金了,那时候我就谨慎起来问大通客服出金什么情况,客服告知没问题,我就申请出金1万美金,结果国内银行直接拒收,理由是汇款方有敏感字眼且是金融公司的公户汇过来的,后来期间多次咨询大通客服现在出金什么情况,被告知一次只能出1000美金的人民币并且要收5%的手续费,且客服一直在踢皮球,我现在的诉求就是让大通把我的本金150000美金出给我。
