I want to cash out my winnings. Before that, I met all of the broker's terms and conditions and paid the trader fee, taxes and a margin. That was $ 36,000 in total. After all payments have been made, my money was suddenly frozen by a bank and I can only unlock the money by a new payment, although I already had to leave a margin. I asked for confirmation from the bank, but the broker stopped responding.

ich möchte meinen Gewinn auszahlen lassen. Zuvor habe ich alle Konditionen des Brokers erfüllt und die Händlergebühr, Steuern und eine Sicherheitskaution bezahlt. Zusammen waren das 36000 USD. nach dem alle Zahlungen getätigt wurden war mein Geld plötzlich von einer Bank eingefroren und ich kann das Geld nur gegen eine erneute Zahlung entsperren, obwohl ich bereits eine Sicherheitskaution hinterlegen musste. ich verlangte eine Bestätigung der Bank aber der Broker antwortet nicht mehr.
