MultiBank Group scam by using their customer service staffs

From the 1st, because of MultiBank Group backstage reasons, they closed my order for no reason. I demand compensation for my loss and repairing the platform. They only repaired the platform and did not deal with the compensation. For more than ten days, the platform did not give results, and the customer service staff was used to deal with it, and the customer service manager stopped talking.
