berawal dari saya penarikan saldo 5000$ tidak masuk di hari kedua saya tarik lagi saldo 5000$ tidak masuk masuk juga, saya lihat akun saya tau tau di nonaktifkan begitu saja , ada saldo di dompet my.vanom.fx 120.000$ hanya di sisakan 600$ saja, terus kirim email dengan alasan maintenance, saya rasa itu tidak masuk akal, keluhan seperti itu tidak hanya terjadi kepada saya saja tetapi kepada trader lainnya juga, tolong kembalikan hak profit saya ,jika anda broker profesional harus nya bertanggung jawab atas apapun kesalahan dari sistem anda, jangan terus hasil profit nasabah di hilangkan begitu saja, jika sudah susah payah mengumpulkan hasil profit , tau tau hanya mengasih solusi mengembalikan dari saldo awal nasabah itu sangat merugikan sekali, sudah mengumpulkan hasil profit samapi ga pernaha di tarik sekali mau tarik saldo kok malah akun di nonaktifkan, mohon kepada pihak vanomfx untuk bisa mengembalikan hasil profit saya terimaksih
