Unable to withdraw from BCH Global Limited

Unable to withdraw wallet BCH Global Limited seemed to have conducted fraud, it freeze player account then command to recharge 18%, 42500.4 USDT to reactivate account with inappropriate reasons. We tried to follow their instruction. But it still not allow to return our money in wallet. please advice how to
prosecute BCH Global Limited.
