Scam. Unable to withdraw.

I'm from Vietnam. There is an account on http://www.sushilimited.com and MT5 account transactions. When I withdraw , the cskh department requires me to pay 20% tax on the total amount of my account, including interest and capital. The news floor did not review, suspected of defrauding investors' funds, and I asked for a refund.
