Using the epidemic grant as a reason to demand more money or freeze the account, and refuse to withdraw the money

Mexico Financial is now using a reservation for an epidemic grant to scam customers, requiring customers who have already made a reservation for a grant to not cancel the reservation, and must deposit a huge amount into their account. They now do not allow me to cancel the reservation, and they want me to make up an extra $129,930.05, and if I don't deposit, they will freeze the account and won't let me withdraw.
