Unable to withdraw. The customer service did not reply
May 31: Apply for withdrawal
June 1: Sliverrest said that its server was hacked and took a long time to review. Then he asked the Wall Street investment consulting company. He said that the original assistant had left and would assign a new assistant to follow up. During the period, he kept asking about the progress of the fund and only answered that it was under review.
July 1: Slivecrest's line customer service and e-mail are not read or returned at first.
September 9: The line customer service of Wall Street investment consulting company did not read or reply at first, sent e-mail to its customer service, and only replied to the email notification of preliminary results.
October 6: Wall Street assistant line began not to reply.
October 15: E-mail messages sent to Wall Street customer service inquiries were blocked and could not be sent to their customer service mailbox.
October 20: It is required to receive the withdrawal within a limited time. If it is not received, it will be reported and complained. The wall street line customer service will reply to the inquiry, but there is no follow-up. So far, the withdrawal has not been received.
It has been half a year since the application for withdrawal was made, and the customer service of sliverrest and Wall Street investment consulting company has not replied, so they can't contact each other.

6/1Slivercrest表示其伺服器遭駭客入侵,需較長審核時間,隨即詢問華爾街投資顧問公司,其表示原本助理已離職,會分配新助理跟進,期間一直詢問出金進度,都只回答在審查中
7/1Slivercrest 的Line客服及e-mail開始不讀不回
9/9華爾街投資顧問公司Line客服開始不讀不回,發e-mail至其客服,也只回有初步結果回電郵通知
10/6 華爾街助理Line開始不讀不回
10/15傳送e-mail訊息至華爾街客服詢問,皆被擋回來,無法傳送至其客服信箱
10/20 要求限時內收到出金款項,如未收到則會進行檢舉投訴,華爾街Line客服才回覆會查詢,但也沒有後續,至今始終無法收到出金款
申請出金至今已半年,始終無法收到款項,Slivercrest跟華爾街投資顧問公司的客服一直沒有給予回覆,聯繫不上對方
