International Forex 客服告知出金需繳納稅金, 繳納後又說因期間操作又有獲利要求再次補繳期間獲利部位的稅金,所以該次出金沒有入帳,但交易紀錄卻已先扣除,補繳後卻告知因客服交接操作錯誤, 未能完成繳納稅金，卻要交易者承擔損失。
