I applied for a 3w USD and 2w USD UnionPay withdrawal before 3pm last Thursday. The platform was sure that the withdrawal applied for before 3pm during the day would arrive on the same day. Today is the 6th day, that is, the third working day. Yesterday I only got two very small sums of less than 2w RMB, the rest have not arrived by now. I called a lot of telephone consultation, but customer service has been repeatedly said he would follow up, other information can not be found.
