Fraud platform. Unable to withdraw.

I invested on Sunton Capital under the introduction of my friend on July 12 and deposited ￥450,000 on MT5. On July 24, they invited me to deposit ￥180,000 to get bonus. I found the platform was illegal and wanted to withdraw. They did not approve my application and its customer service did not reply. On August 2, it asked me to provide 600 lot after 15 days. On August 16, it told me that I had to pay taxes or they blocked my account. The history of conversation was as follow.

黑平台Sunton Capital以各种理由不给出金

7月12日在网友劝说下在Sunton Capital公司先后通过日本银行帐户和中国银行账户入金45万人民币到MT5进行外汇交易；
7月24日平台发来活动信息，在网友的劝说下申请了公司的两个返现活动；但再次入金18万之后发现平台存在违法行为后停止入金，拒绝参加活动，并要求平台出金。但平台以申请返现活动期间为理由限制出金。期间多次和平台客服沟通要求撤销申请活动，并要求平台出示具体活动条款说明。但平台一直以我申请了就是签订合同为理由拒绝我的撤销申请，也一直没有拿出相关详细条款。
8月2号收到平台通知说我为按申请要求完成活动是违约行为。需要交易600手、15天后才能为我办理出金。8月16日我按要求完成600交易，再次要求出金。平台先是同意为我出金，需要1-3个工作日，但第二个工作日时突然对我说要我补交盈利税务后才能给我出金，并冻结了我的MY5帐号。
请求调解拿回钱，并举报Sunton Capital这家非法行为的公司。
