Unable to withdraw
I deposited about NT$520,000 under the suggestion of friends. When I wanted to withdraw, my account was blocked and it asked me to pay 150,000 to unlock it. The customer service asked for another risk fee of 210,000 to make the withdraw. I wanted to expose it and get my money back.

獲利無法順利出金
經友人介紹投資飛括金融機構，均有小賺，後再陸續投入資金，總共投約台幣52萬。
當我欲將獲利提領出來時，卻以我帳戶有問題而凍結我的提領，並要求我再儲值台幣15萬方可解凍，我跟友人借錢儲入後，客服人員告知已解凍，可以提領了，於是我又重新申請提領出金。
結果依然無法順利出金，訊問客服後告知，需再儲21萬風險金才可完全順利出金，我說之前並未告知還要繳交風險金，而且也是客服人員確認繳納15萬後可正在提領。
誰知客服後改稱之前繳納的15萬只是保證金，現在務必需繳納21萬風險金才可正常並順利的出金，這完全是要他們自己說的，我們並無法保障自己的財務安全。
故來此申訴，希望能爭回應有的權利。
