I am unlucky

Good morning, I want to report this broker. I invested 200 US dollars through BBVA Bank. My account was activated. After many gains, my withdrawal hasn't reached me for more than a month. The worst is still reflected on my board. It is 540 USD, please help me to recover. The call to customer service will not drop.

Buenos días, quiero realizar la denuncia de ese Broker, yo les invertí 200$ a través del banco BBVA, se habilitó a mi cuenta, luego de muchas ganancias, retiré mi dinero ya más de un mes y no me ha llegado, lo peor es que todavía están reflejados en mi tablero que fueron 540$, por favor me ayudan a recuperar. Llama al servicio al cliente y no cae la llamada.
