Can't withdraw funds

The account was frozen due to this suspicion. I contacted the lady who asked to unzip the account fees and deposit funds. That woman was banished to settle down because that was your money.  出会い系アプリで知り合った女性からLINEで紹介されたアプリに接続したら、わからないうちにShineTraderのカスタマーサポートに接続していて口座を作っていた。資金が無いこと女性に伝えて必要な金額を貸して。と伝え利益が出たら借りた分を返金すると伝えた。取引口座を伝えたら女性が入金してくれた。 FX取引をして利益が出たので引き出そうとカスタマーサービスに伝えたら保証金を払ってとメールが来て払ったらサービス料を払えとメールが来た。サービス料を払ったら出金されないからカスタマーサービスに苦情を伝えたら他人ら資金が入金されていると言われ、マネーロンダリングの疑いがあるとLINEが来た。その疑いで口座が凍結された。口座の解凍費用を要求され入金してくれた女性に連絡した。女性はあなたのお金のことだから自分で解決してと突き放された。解凍費用を払ったが引き出されないので女性とカスタマーサービスに苦情を伝えた。
 女性は国際プラットホームだからそんなことは絶対ないとLINEが来てカスタマーサービスに確認したら次に税金を払えば引き出せると返事が来た。税金は日本の税務署に申告するので、必要ないのでは?と聞くと税金を払わないと引き出せないと返事が来た。要求された金額を払ったのに引き出されないのはなぜか?とカスタマーサービスにLINEで苦情を何度も送った。喧嘩になりカスタマーサービスに苦情を言いまくった。要求されてから払うまでに疑いまくったので支払うのに納得できる状況になるまで確認していたらサービス料を再び払えと要求してきた。一度払ったのに受け取っていないと返事してきた。時間がかかり過ぎだとLINEを送って来て返金したと言い出した。どこに返金したん?と聞いたら取引口座に入金されていると返事してきた。俺に承諾も取らずに勝手に入金したりすることがそちらの会社では許されていることですか?と聞いたら返事が来なくなり、女性に引き出せない。困っているので助けてと伝えた。
 2日くらいしたらカスタマーサービスからLINEが来た。前の担当は辞めたので引継いで担当になりました。と連絡が来た。いつになったら引き出せるの?と聞いたら確認しますと返事が来て、しばらくすると口座が凍結されていますと返事が来た。カスタマーサービスの担当が勝手に顧客の口座を凍結させて解凍費用を支払えと要求してくることに納得できず未だに凍結されている。
