A hang occurs when the market fluctuates greatly
A hang occurred from 21:00 to 21:30 of May 19, making forced liquidation. I contacted the customer service about the issue, and they admitted that there were many people like me. And they promised that I would get an explanation. But the next day, customer manager shrank their responsibilities and said that the customer service though I was talking about unable to login in the morning. And they said the MT4 ran normally after their investigation. I kept on asking the customer manager some questions but he didn’t answer me directly

只要一有大行情软件就会很卡,无法平仓,5月1974日晚上9点至9点半,由于软件卡死,直接导致爆仓。爆仓后找客服说软件卡死问题,客服明确表态当天系统确实有问题,有很多人跟我出现同样的问题,并表示会给我一个回复,结果第二天客户经理直接推的一干二净说客服以为我说的是早上无法登陆的事情。也就是可以理解为,软件卡顿、卡死=无法登陆?等技术部门调查了一天,说当晚mt4运作正常,但是我询问mt4运作正常是否能保证鑫圣软件一定正常运作,客户经理一直逃避问题,不做正面回复或直接几个小时不回复拖时间。
