The tmgm pending order cannot be traded, and the slippage of 20 dollars causes the account to wear out

My account is 224710. On January 18, the account held a two-handed long order, and a pending two-handed short order was at 1822.5. The price fell in the morning, and the pending order was not traded. The long order was liquidated at 1804 and 1802 respectively, which caused the account to wear out. Another empty order of 641965 on the same platform with the same name was filled in 1818. The same order on the same platform, but one can be filled and the other cannot be filled. I reacted to the situation with the customer service manager as soon as possible, and the response I got was it was caused by market factors, but this was not the case when consulting other platforms, that is to say, it was only a problem with the tmgm platform, not caused by market factors. Later, I communicated with the customer service manager about the compensation issue, but they have been procrastinating. A few days after the Lantern Festival, I gave a reply saying that he was willing to pay, and then the customer service manager suddenly disappeared for a week, and then I contacted him who said that he would not pay, and then delayed for nearly a month, saying that he still didn’t pay. I just want to ask, this kind of slippage of more than 20 dollars, is it possible for customers to bear this responsibility, and the platform is not responsible at all, is it clean and shirk?

账户224710,在1月18日账户手中持仓两手多单,挂单两手空单在1822.5价格,早间出现下跌,挂单未成交,并将多单在1804,1802价格分别强平,导致账户穿仓,同平台另外一个同名账户641965空单却在1818成交,同一个平台同样的订单,但一个可以成交一个不可以成交,第一时间与客服经理进行反应情况,得到的回复是市场因素导致的,但是咨询其他平台并未有这种情况,也就是说仅仅是tmgm平台问题,非市场因素导致,后与客服经理进行沟通赔付问题,从年前拖到过年,过年拖到初十,初十拖到元宵,元宵后几天给了一个回复说愿意赔付,然后客服经理突然消失一星期,后联系到回复说不赔付了,然后又拖了近一个月时间,说还是不处理,我就想问一下,这种滑点20多美金的情况,难道让客户来承担这个责任,平台一点责任没有,推脱的干干净净吗?
