Freeze my account unreasonably
Apply for withdrawal on 2021/03/21. The customer service said this was not workinhg time and their working time is 9:30-21:30 from Monday to Friday Canada Time. So I appleid for withdrawal on the morning of 3/22/2021. Then he said I repeat applying for withdrawal so my account would be frozen for abnormal situation. And my account balance in MT4 has been cleared. I have to pay 50% of my account balance to freeze my account.... This is like a scam.

不合理的凍結帳戶並餘額消失
我於2021/03/21在不知情的情況下跟客服申請提領新台幣 客服當時告訴我目前非工作日 我問了工作日是甚麼時候 他告訴我是周一到週五服務時間是加拿大時間早上9:30-晚上9:30 於是我在2021/03/22的早上跟客服說明我要提領新台幣 他查詢過後問我說我是不是申請過 然後說我申請重複提交 所以我帳戶異常被凍結 說我上次的詢問就是已經申請..... 明明就是告訴我非工作日不能申請 然後我要提領就用我重複申請的理由直接凍結我帳戶 並且在mt4的餘額直接被消除.....然後我告訴我要我在繳納帳戶總額的百分之50才可以解凍帳戶..... 這種嚴重不合理的凍結方式 根本就是向詐騙一樣....
