It has been a week since I applied for withdrawal

I submitted the withdrawal appplication on Tuesday and I have not been able to withdraw the money. I said that the review only takes one working day and it’s been a week. It’s not finished yet. I don’t understand why the platform for more than ten years is like this. This platform is really unreliable. The customer service handles the problem. I'm not active anyway, I don't know what to wait
