Fraud Platform. Unable to Withdraw

I knew GFS PARTNERS on the internet. And I added the customer service by the QR code in the living room and deposited funds.
And then I applied for a withdrawal but I was asked to pay certification fee of $20,000. After this payment, the customer service delayed my withdrawal on grounds of risk control. I communicated with them many times but they kept shrinking their responsibilities. In the end, the customer service disappeared. Expose this platform and I hope the relevant departments can regulate it strictly.
