Scam!! Deduct 0.08% handling fee on grounds of real time exchange rate!

TRI has always implemented a fixed exchange rate of 1:7 USD to RMB for deposits and withdrawals, but recently changed to the real-time exchange rate of RMB to convert deposits and withdrawals. They have been advertising zero fees for deposits and withdrawals, but they also charge a small amount of service when actually depositing funds. What’s even more annoying is that at the same time there is a difference of 0.08% between the exchange rate of withdrawal and deposit, and there is no big fluctuation in RMB in foreign exchange, and this 0.08% is always a fixed difference! This means that if you deposit 10,000 US dollars, there is no profit or loss, and withdraw immediately, your principal is directly less than 800 US dollars! The customer service has always used real-time exchange rates as an excuse to perfuse customers!
